vulnerable adults. 

 

Our aim is to build confidence, provide support and help vulnerable adults into work. 

Our team comes with over 10 years experience in both recruitment and working with vulnerable adults in various settings.

Matt has worked with vulnerable adults for 8 years including people with mental health issues, disabilities, homelessness and addiction. 

Working with these people he has gained valuable experience in how best to motivate, guide and mentor individuals through this process. 

 

Louis has worked in the recruitment industry for 7 years and is certified with he REC. 

He brings his knowledge of the recruitment industry to the team and will be able to work with local businesses to qualify suitable job opportunities for our job seekers.
