Now we fully understand you, your business and your needs we go off in search for your star candidate.
WE have a number of different tools at our disposal to find that next superstar sales person, Office Manager or even a needle in a hay stack.
When we have selected a shortlist of candidate for you we ensure they are all prepped and ready to interview with you.
STEP THREE
SEALING THE DEAL
Now you have interviewed the shortlisted candidates its time to pick your favorite.
We help you with negotiating contracts, start dates and benefits packages to ensure you get the candidate you desire.
We work with you to make sure boyh parties are happy with the outcome and both are ready to start a new journey together.
